I'm the voice behind Open House. The pursuit of excellence has been the guiding principle of my life, driving me to continuously strive toward my fullest potential to achieve maximum impact.
I will always remain a student of real estate though my career has spanned the entire spectrum of the real estate business, including demand, funding, and supply. I played a vital role in institutionalizing the online residential broking industry by building the first national residential services prop-tech platform in India. Successfully led a Fortune 500 global IPC firm - JLL Residential - selling over 200,000 homes. Currently, I serve as CEO of a leading real estate firm.
My Amazon Best Sellers - The A to Z of Residential Real Estate and Master Residential Real Estate - have over 25,000 copies in circulation. They are considered by many as the ultimate guides for residential real estate in India. I've written over 250 articles for leading publications and am an influential voice in Indian real estate.
I've made an active effort to give back to my tribe throughout my career by dedicating time to entrepreneurs, institutions, and professionals looking to progress in their endeavors. I currently serve on the CII Infrastructure and Real Estate Committee and am on the advisory boards of Construction Week India and RICS SBE, Amity University.
I've delivered over 200 keynote addresses at various forums. As a seasoned expert in my field, I bring a relentless pursuit of excellence to everything I do. My wealth of knowledge, passion for my craft, and ability to inspire and empower my audience to reach new heights.
My pursuit of excellence expands to my hobbies as well. I'm proud to say that I'm (probably) the only CEO in real estate who is a verified Spotify artist. In fact, my last two singles were released by India's leading music label - SaReGaMa! Check them out here!
